Emergency response times depend on active calls, distance, weather, and traffic. We make every effort to respond quickly but do not guarantee a specific arrival time. Farther communities are served on a scheduled basis.

Kilgore Pro Plumbing is a licensed Texas plumbing contractor (TX Master Plumber (TSBPE)). Where a project scope requires a permit, we will advise you and obtain it as agreed in your written scope of work.

Workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms, including exclusions and callback procedures, are provided in writing with your estimate or invoice. Warranty coverage does not extend to pre-existing conditions or unrelated components unless stated.
